We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve TableTurnr's restaurant management platform; to process and display your restaurant analytics; to communicate with you about your account and updates; and to ensure the security of your data.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including AWS Cognito authentication, Azure Active Directory (MSAL) support, role-based access control (RBAC), and location-based data isolation to protect your restaurant data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal or restaurant data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics), and they are bound by confidentiality agreements.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request data export or account deletion by contacting us. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

7. Data Retention
We retain account and restaurant operations data for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the TableTurnr service. If you request account deletion, we delete or de-identify your personal data within 30 days, except where longer retention is required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or security obligations.
8. Children's Privacy
TableTurnr is a business application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of personal information, and request information about disclosures to third parties. You can submit a request by emailing support@tableturnr.com. We do not sell personal information.
10. App Tracking and Analytics
To improve reliability and performance, we use analytics and monitoring tools, including Google Analytics (property ID: G-3MS0DYYYXY), cloud infrastructure logs, and application performance diagnostics. These tools help us understand feature usage, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.
11. Camera and Device Permissions
TableTurnr may request camera access for SnapTurnr invoice scanning. Camera input is used to capture invoice images for data extraction and workflow processing. We only use these permissions for the features you invoke and do not access your camera in the background.
12. Third-Party Services
TableTurnr integrates with third-party providers to deliver core functionality, including AWS Cognito (authentication), Microsoft Azure Active Directory (MSAL sign-in), Google Analytics, Calendly scheduling, and Font Awesome CDN assets. These providers may process limited technical information needed to provide their services.
13. International Users
TableTurnr is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. When material changes are made, we will update the \"Last updated\" date and provide notice through the app, website, or email where appropriate.
