Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TableTurnr platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

TableTurnr provides an AI-powered restaurant management platform that includes real-time sales dashboards, sales and labor forecasting (Foresight), invoice scanning (SnapTurnr), AI data assistant (TurnrAgent), staff scheduling, and multi-location management tools.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use TableTurnr only for lawful purposes related to restaurant management operations. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the TableTurnr platform are owned by TableTurnr and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

TableTurnr provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of forecasts or analytics. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TableTurnr at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

Subscription and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan. You may cancel renewal at any time. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Apple EULA

If you access TableTurnr through an iOS application, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of conflict, these Terms govern the relationship between you and TableTurnr to the extent permitted by law.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use TableTurnr. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TableTurnr, its affiliates, and its personnel from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed through binding arbitration.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time. Please review our account deletion instructions. Once deletion is confirmed, account access is removed and associated data is deleted or retained only where legally required.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When updates are made, we will post the revised version and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated via in-app notice, website notice, or email.
